The venue chosen is the boutique Al Lago Hotel and Restaurant in Zahara de la Sierra, run by Mona and Stefan Crites.
The stunning location by the azure blue lake is well worth a visit in itself, and add to that the wonderful cuisine provided by chef Stefan - we couldn't imagine a more impressive venue !!
