I Certamen de Teatro - Olvera 2009

Having covered many of the theatrical works of the theatre group El Traspunte Teatro from Olvera over the last two years, Brian Grady was honoured to be asked to provide images for the First Certamen de Teatro (Theatre Contest) being held in Olvera. Several works performed by theatre groups from Sevilla, Malaga, Velez-Malaga, and Pizzara-Malaga will be included in a dedicated gallery over the coming weeks of the Contest, which opened with a performance by Teatro Scena from Malaga of Arthur Millers classic "Las Brujas de Salem" (The Witches of Salem").
Selected images will be displayed during the Closing Ceremony and Awards Ceremony on the 3rd April 2009 in the Casa de la Cultura in Olvera, preceded by a performance of Decinio by El Traspunte Teatro from Olvera.
You can view some images from the first two performances in the gallery now, but be sure to return as more images are added following future performances.
